Cameron Fredkin
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, LS Power Grid
Cameron Fredkin joined LS Power in 2007 and currently serves as a senior vice president and the chief operating officer of LS Power’s transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid.
As COO, Cameron oversees all LS Power Grid operations and serves as a member of LS Power’s Compliance Governance Committee, Cyber Security Steering Committee, and Retirement Investment Committee. His leadership extends across numerous departments, where he drives excellence in safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Throughout his career, Cameron has held various positions focused on project development and new business initiatives, including more than a decade of energy industry experience prior to joining LS Power. He has developed several hundred miles of transmission systems and several thousand megawatts of power generation during his career, including leading the integration and startup of all of LS Power Grid’s transmission operating utilities.
Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
