Michael Bruno

Michael Bruno joined LS Power in 2023, bringing 16 years of experience developing large-scale energy infrastructure across various U.S. power markets.
He currently serves as a vice president of business development, focused on LS Power’s transmission subsidiary, LS Power Grid.
Michael manages the full spectrum of business development activities to advance assets from development through construction into operation, including contracting, permitting, stakeholder engagement, and financing. He has developed more than 2,000 megawatts of new power generation assets across the United States, representing billions in capital investment. Prior to joining LS Power, Michael held several roles at Competitive Power Ventures, where he was instrumental in advancing the business development objectives of the company.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in marine engineering and a Master of Science in facility management, both from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
