Eric Cosgrove
Vice President, Transmission Engineering & Construction, LS Power
Eric Cosgrove joined LS Power in 2025 and serves as a vice president of transmission engineering and construction.
He leads the company’s engineering, procurement and construction teams in delivering large-scale transmission projects nationwide. Eric provides technical, managerial, and strategic oversight for project teams.
Eric has over 25 years of experience in the power industry, managing engineering and construction projects, directing business development, and executing complex, high-risk projects and programs. Prior to joining LS Power, he held a senior leadership role at Black & Veatch, directing high-voltage transmission and substation projects across the Western U.S. and Canada.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil structural engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Engineers Without Borders. He is a registered professional engineer.
