Vice President, Development, LS Power
Clay joined LS Power in 2024 and currently serves as a vice president of development.
Clay oversees commercial and contracting activities for the engineering, procurement, and construction of LS Power’s transmission development projects, including contractor selection, negotiation of contract terms, and in-project commercial matters.
Clay brings to bear over a decade of experience in the energy sector. Before joining LS Power, Clay was a partner at Dentons US LLP, where he represented energy sector clients on construction and development matters relating to power generation and transmission, renewable energy, and natural gas projects.
Clay holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Saint Lous University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. Clay also received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the Washington University in St. Louis/University of Missouri Joint Engineering Program.
